Wishing you a magical and abundant Beltane May Day! Today is the annual Celtic pagan festival of Beltane, a celebration of vibrant spring, nature’s wild abundance and fertility. In Glastonbury, Gaia’s heart chakra, the Beltane festival on May 1st is a celebration of the ‘sacred marriage’ (heiros gamos) between the Goddess of Spring or May Queen and the Green Man or May King.

Beltane is a feast of nature’s bounty, potent with abundant fertility, music, singing and dancing around the Maypole. Dancers weave ribbons into complex patterns around a tall pole garlanded with greenery or flowers, to celebrate youth and spring time. A popular Beltane tradition involves ‘jumping the broomstick’, when a handfast couple jumps over a broom laid on the floor to symbolize jumping a ‘threshold’, moving from an old life to a new one.

On May Day 2025, we are personally and collectively moving beyond the dark timeline and false matrix simulation into the abundant New Earth Ascension Timeline. Beltane is a potent time for bringing hopes, dreams and aspirations to life. Let’s sprinkle some Beltane magic on our New Earth visions and intentions.

As we jump the ‘threshold’ into the Ascension Timeline, we enter a world of empathy, compassion and collaboration. We are changing how we interact with each other, with nature and with the galaxy. We are returning from the long spell of fragmentation, spellcasting and disconnection from Spirit…returning into ONEness with the abundant universe. It is our birthright! It is our legacy! It is our mission!

Last year I led an Ascension Retreat at Glastonbury during the Beltane festivities. It was a wondrous time at the Tor and Chalice Well…a heart-felt day of joy!
