Upon my spiritual awakening 30 years ago, I began to realize my wounded heart was shut down, closed off and guarded. I barely existed in my own disconnection and isolation. I had very shallow breathing, a tight constricted chest and immense, unhealed pain. This is where I began my healing journey. Over several decades, I’ve been able to heal, clear, mend and open my heart center, to be filled with Soul essence and joy.

Spiritual integration starts with Heart Chakra healing. It is essential to the ascension process. Studies in neuroscience reveal that the nervous system in the heart learns, senses, feels, remembers, and discerns without any input from the brain. When you redirect your attention and focus away from the analytical mind and attune to ‘heart intelligence’, it can be harnessed to increase physical and emotional well-being and intuition.

As you learn to sustain heart-focused positive energy states, the brain can be brought into entrainment with the heart. You are reconnecting mind and matter! Heightened states of increased heart rhythm coherence open the intuitive channel to Soul presence. Within the Field of Heart Coherence, your human DNA codes and templates realign to accommodate more evolved patterns of Soul energy, code, templates, systems and superconsciousness.

Last week I led a spiritual retreat in magical Glastonbury, the heart chakra of Gaia. As I physically connected to Gaia’s land, the ley lines, the heart chakra and power portal, I merged with pure heart energy! I absorbed the vibrant pulse of Gaia’s heart into my own heart and body. I opened and expanded my cosmic heart to fill with my Higher Self and universal abundance.

Studies show that choosing to be responsible for and increasing your personal heart coherence not only improves personal health and happiness, but also feeds into and influences a global field environment.
